The Wright Valley Trio Wiesbaden, Germany
We are from Wiesbaden (Germany) and play a flavour of Doom, Sludge and Post-Blackmetal. Named after one of the most barren places on earth, a huge dry valley in Antarctica, warmth and comfort are none of our strength. Grabbed this on Bandcamp whilst watching it being played live at The Dome. Tears welled up as the final crescendo peaked and had it been the end of my cycle, I would have happily spontaneously combusted, I then realised it was only dawn and the first of the triptych, so I will soldier on, at least until dusk and endure another two stellar opus’s before I can embark on that final journey.
